KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and shape the company’s strategy and mission.
• Develop long-range strategies for the organization
• Utilize structured problem-solving frameworks and methodologies as part of strategy development
• Conduct internal and external research/analysis to develop strategic insights (including internal operations, competitors and industry trends)
• Form structured and evidence-backed conclusions and recommendations, such as identification of new customer Products and Services, and/or partnering/innovation opportunities

• Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers, and acquisitions).

• Support the implementation and operation of strategy management across the organization.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a strategy and/or management consultant with an international consulting firm and/or high-profile international organization
• Proven ability to lead/assist high-profile strategy projects.
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
