Be able to support customers in a multi-channel contact center (Telephone, Email, and Social Media)
Skilled in problem-solving and solution orientated
Understands the needs of our internal and external customer
Able to prioritize daily tasks and queries
Great listening and conversation skills, acts on responses and answers queries
Can make quick decisions or effectively refer for help to others including head office support

Has previous call center experience
Can do attitude and has passion to learn new things
Speaks, write, and read Arabic will be an advantage
Lives the product and train with Myzone
Should have strong technical computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Lotus, and Customer Relationship Management Systems, and Social Networking.
