Freelancer Sales /Marketing job in dubai

Hi Guys,

Im looking for a partner for a start up digital marketing agency based here in Dubai. Our office space is in business bay, we have just launched and got good amount of leads coming in but i am understaffed and was forced to keep some of the clients on hold. We are focussed on other business.

I am looking for someone who is money driven, has high energy with an entrepreneurial mindset and not only passionate about digital marketing but passionate about generating more income.

For this role of a partner, I want someone who has closed over 25 clients as a freelancer/entrepreneur. Has a good understanding about all aspects in digital marketing with 5+ years experience in this industry.

The necessary skills required from you:

-Superb product photography skills

-Short edited Video clips (reels/tiktok)

-Great at creating proposals for clients & closing deals over meetings

-Confident at cold calling when required

Bonus/Preferred skills required:

-Graphic designing skills

-Social Media Management

-Website development & SEO

-Running Ad campaigns (Insta/FB)

Basically I need a hustler to work with me, a share of the company will be given, no salary since this is not a salary job, I want you take run this agency as it were your own. Your input will determine your “salary”. Would prefer someone who has a car and drivers license.
