His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al-Qassimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued his visionary decree on the establishment of Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA), a financially and administratively independent entity, to distribute and generate electricity, water, and gas to the citizens and residents of the Emirate of Sharjah in response to the tremendous economic, industrial, and civilizational development boom seen there.
