Job Summary.
Reporting and evaluation of stock discrepancies. Advising of shortages to the Stores Supervisor. Responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed in the stores. The receipt and issue of purchased components and services into the computerized stock system. The receiving and reconciling of supplier deliveries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting and evaluation of stock discrepancies.
Advising of shortages to the Stores Supervisor.
Responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed in the stores.
The receipt and issue of purchased components and services into the computerized stock system.
The receiving and reconciling of supplier deliveries.
To pick and stow parts in the correct manner.
To pick, pack and label sales orders as detailed by the store supervisor.
To work in an orderly manner ensuring the stores areas are kept clean and tidy and safe from hazards.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the Stores area.
Participate in all appropriate stock-taking activities.
To engage in any other activities requested by the Stores Supervisor

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

Essential:

Store/Warehouse experience
Material handling and preservation
Oil and Gas/Manufacturing is highly preferred
Microsoft (Excel/Word)
