Urgently Hiring Admins in Dubai

We are hiring an Admin staff urgently to our Dubai Office! Requirements would be as below:

 

Responsibilities:

 

In charge of local & overseas purchases

Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and receiving of goods

To compare price and negotiate of price of the raw materials of Fabrics & Fragrances

Follow up on order, monitor back-log to ensure timely deliveries

To arrange, monitor and co-ordinate both import and export shipment

To maintain proper documentation

Other admin duties as assigned by management

 

 

Scope of Work

 

In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules

Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors

Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce time and cost

Plan and manage company’s inventory to achieve desired goals through broad knowledge of procurement good practices and tools

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior

 

Requirements

 

Must have valid UAE Driving license.

Required language(s): English, Arabic (Preferably)

At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
